Privacy Policy

The short version. Our apps run on your device. What you enter is saved in your browser, and — only if you choose — in your own Google Drive or Dropbox. We don't run a server that receives your data, we can't see it, and we don't sell or share anything.

1. Who we are

AppsYouKeep (“we”, “us”) makes the apps sold in the AppsYouKeep shop on Etsy and runs this website, appsyoukeep.com. AppsYouKeep is operated by Ivan Hadzhiev, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].

This policy covers our apps (for example, the Invoice app), our sign-in pages at etsyapp.appsyoukeep.com, and this website.

2. Data you enter in the app

The app is a single file that you open in your web browser. Your business details, clients, products, invoices and other records are saved in your browser's storage on your device (for example, IndexedDB). This data is not sent to us. We can't see it, change it or recover it for you.

The app can make backup files and PDF or CSV exports when you ask it to. Those files go wherever you save them.

3. Optional cloud sync — Google Drive

If you choose “Connect Google Drive”, the app asks Google for permission with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. With this permission the app can create files in your Google Drive and see and change only the files it created. It cannot see, read or change any other files in your Drive.

What is stored: a copy of your app data, in a folder named “Invoice app” in your Google Drive.
How it's used: only to save your app data and load it back — for example on another device of yours.
The sign-in page: the Google sign-in opens on our sign-in page at etsyapp.appsyoukeep.com. That page receives a short-lived access token from Google and passes it directly to the app in your browser. The token is kept in your browser (for up to about one hour) and is not sent to us or stored on our server.
Transfer and sharing: your Google data goes only between your browser and Google. We don't receive, store, transfer, sell or share it, and we don't use it for advertising or to train AI models.

AppsYouKeep's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Optional cloud sync — Dropbox

If you choose “Connect Dropbox”, the app asks Dropbox for permission to read and write files (files.content.read, files.content.write) only inside its own app folder in your Dropbox. It cannot see your other files.

What is stored: a copy of your app data in the app's folder in your Dropbox.
The sign-in page: the Dropbox sign-in returns to our sign-in page at etsyapp.appsyoukeep.com. That page completes the sign-in directly with Dropbox from your browser and passes the result to the app. The app keeps a sign-in token in your browser so it can reconnect when you open it again. The token is not sent to us.
Transfer and sharing: your Dropbox data goes only between your browser and Dropbox. We don't receive, store, sell or share it.

5. How to stop sync and delete data

Disconnect the cloud in the app's Settings.
Remove the app's access in your Google Account or in Dropbox → Connected apps.
Delete the app's folder and files from your Google Drive or Dropbox.
Delete the data on your device by clearing this site's or file's data in your browser settings. Make a backup first if you want to keep it.

6. This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

7. Buying on Etsy

Our apps are sold through Etsy. Etsy processes your purchase under its own privacy policy. As the seller we receive the order details Etsy shares with us (such as your name, Etsy username, email address and what you bought) and use them only to deliver your order, help you with it, and keep the records required by law.

8. Emails to support

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and help you. We keep the conversation as long as needed to support you and for our records.

9. Sharing

We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only if the law requires us to.

10. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you (from your Etsy order or emails), and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Our apps and this website are made for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13.

12. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
