Invoice app — US edition
Invoices, estimates, credit memos, recurring invoices and sales receipts for a small business. Clients, products and services, payments, reports and reminders for past-due invoices. US Letter paper, US dates and dollar amounts.
Sold as a digital download in our Etsy shop, AppsYouKeep.
How it works
- Download the app file after you buy it. It is one file — you keep it like any document.
- Open it in your web browser. It runs on your device and works without internet.
- Optional: connect your cloud. Sign in to your own Google Drive or Dropbox to keep a copy of your data there and use it on more than one device.
Your data
On your device
Everything you enter is saved in your browser's storage on your device. We don't run a server that receives or stores it, and we can't see it.
Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, the app asks only for the drive.file permission: it can see and change only the files it creates
(in a folder named “Invoice app” in your Drive). It can't see your other files.
Dropbox
If you connect Dropbox, the app works only inside its own app folder in your Dropbox. It can't see your other files.
Our sign-in pages (at etsyapp.appsyoukeep.com) only hand the sign-in from Google or Dropbox back to the app in your browser. Your data does not pass through this website. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
